The 150th anniversary was commemorated with a historical book entitled: "CHRIST CHURCH RATHGAR 1859 - 2009" Celebrating 150 years of Christian Witness, this publication covers the church's history in two sections, 1859 - 1959 (originally published in 1962) and 1959 - 2009 (written by Rev. Dudley Levistone Cooney). In paperback and colour illustrated throughout (135 pages), the book provides a detailed insight into the foundation and growth of the church to the present day. The book is available to purchase for €5, plus postage; or it can be collected from the church. Postage and packing is €5 for Ireland / Northern Ireland or €7.50 for UK & Overseas.
