The Indoor Bowling Club plays ‘Short-Mat’ Bowls in the Lecture Hall beneath the Church, every Monday & Wednesday, from early September until the end of April. (Play commences @ 7.30 p.m.). Monday evenings are Club Nights for all members, whereas Wednesday evenings are sometimes used to play internal club competitions, or matches in the Dublin & District United Churches Indoor Bowling Association. Christ Church Rathgar has been a member of the Association since 1964, and each year we enter teams in their League and ‘Knock- out‘ Competitions. We are currently seeking new members.
